Today, Al-Frdous Development Society implemented a workshop on voluntary youth initiatives and its continued success.
The workshop aimed to converge between these initiatives and the collective participation in serving the society and the target groups.
Participated in the workshop, both the Youth Goodness Initiative, the Integrated Charitable Initiative, the Youth Unit in the Al-Baraiqa District, and community activists.
Facilitator Eng. Samira Abdullah Nasr touched on introducing the participants to the concept of teamwork and its importance and providing them with the methods used to build the work team and hone their capabilities in the field of team work management.
She also touched on the most important axes in the work of youth initiatives, which are the concept of initiative and teamwork and its importance, managing the work team, as well as effective communication skills within the team.
As the engineer talks, these initiatives are to continue despite the challenges they face, especially as the country is going through difficult war conditions that require young people to contribute to serving their country.
