A lecture on early detection of breast cancer was held in Al-Firdous Development Society this morning in cooperation with the National Cancer Foundation
The lecture, Dr. Shaima Mohamed Ahmed, indicated that the aim of the awareness and education program is on how to detect early breast cancer through lectures that are carried out in various directorates.
She showed the most prominent methods of early detection of breast cancer, including self-examination and a clinical examination carried out by doctors or nurses. She also discussed in the records the causes of breast cancer and ways to prevent it.
Samira Nasr commended the cooperation of the Foundation and its willingness to free examination of the members of the association.
